NET OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND FOR WEEKLY WE WILL BE ASKING FOR ONE (1) WEEK ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR THE SAME.

WE USE PAYPAL FOR OUR INVOICING, PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT PAYPAL CHARGES 4.4% FOR EVERY INVOICE TRANSACTION AND IT ACCEPTS ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS EXCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS FOR PAYPAL AUSTRALIA.

SELECTION PROCESS OF STAFFHAWS ACTIVELY INCLUDES THE CLIENT, BUT IF THE CLIENT WOULD PREFER US TO SELECT IT FOR THEM WE CAN DO THAT AS WELL. PAID TRAINING FOR THE FIRST WEEK IS DONE VIA SKYPE, JOINME AND OTHER TRAINING TOOLS. MARKETING MATERIALS SHOULD BE FORWARDED BEFORE ACTUAL TRAINING AND OUR TIME MONITORING SOFTWARE IS WWW.SCREENMETER.COM (CLIENT PAYS FOR THIS SEPARATELY).
THE CLIENT IS GIVEN AN ACCOUNT AND COULD EASILY VERIFY ALL WORKED HOURS, SCREEN SHOTS AND OTHER RELATED DATA IN CONNECTION WITH THE JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE VIRTUAL STAFF. THE CLIENT SHOULD REVIEW THE TIME LOGS, SCREEN SHOTS AND OTHER REPORTS DAILY. FOR EASE OF COMMUNICATION, WE ENCOURAGE THE CLIENT TO SET UP A FREE SKYPE ACCOUNT.
WE SEND INVOICES TO OUR CLIENTS EVERY FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE INITIAL WORKED WEEK. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT WE ASK FOR ONE WORK WEEK ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR OUR AGENTS’ SALARY SAFETY NET (SET UP FEE) - DELAYS IN PAYMENT WILL CAUSE SEVERANCE AND INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES.
